No title fights yet. You need to earn a shot first — finish top 4 on a head-to-head table, win three in a row, win a challenge outright, or take your division for the season.
How the ground is chosen. The challenger names three challenges. The champion picks which one they defend on. Both enter it, and the vote decides.
Neither side can rig it. The challenger has to name three they would genuinely back themselves on, because the champion will take the one they look weakest at. It is the same principle as one person cutting the cake and the other choosing a slice.
It defaults to the challenger's first choice after 48 hours. A champion who will not pick their own ground has effectively chosen not to.
